Partnership with ‘WhoCanFixMyCar.com’ Benefits UK Drivers & Spreads Safety Message

TRW Aftermarket

Since mid-2016, ZF Aftermarket brand, TRW, has partnered with the UK web based garage job platform: ‘Who Can Fix My Car’.

A great fit for the global leader in automotive parts safety, as it allows the business to build relationships with garages.

The platform allows consumers instant access to reputable UK garages and workshops. All 8600 of them – and growing.

And as the initiative organically grows from the results of user feedback, it’s a winner all round. By taking the safety message of using OE quality parts directly to the relevant customer groups through digital channels, it supports TRW’s global strategy of developing its digital footprint.

Alex Knorn, Global Digital Manager, ZF Aftermarket, explained: “This digital platform allows us to educate digitally savvy garages on the benefits of TRW branded products from the off - at the exact moment technicians are creating quotes and contacting motorists through WhoCanFixMyCar.com.

“Manufacturers rarely have the opportunity to communicate to such a specific group of customers so supporting concepts such as WhoCanFixMyCar.com – which help garages transform customer relationships processes, is a must for us.”

‘Best Newcomer’ Award – sponsored by TRW

In line with this, TRW proudly sponsored the ‘Best Newcomer’ in the WhoCanFixMyCar.com (WCFMC) 2016 Garage Awards – and is delighted to present it to:  ‘All 4 Wheels’.

All 4 Wheels took the award for winning more than 200 jobs between May 2016, when it joined the WCFMC platform, and the end of the year.

The awards celebrate the best performing UK businesses on the WCFMC platform. For the first time, these garages are recognised for results based on measurable indicators and validated customer reviews.

All 4 Wheels owner, Sohail Sawar, said: “Joining WCFMC has provided a massive boost to the business. The continuous flow of work is fantastic. 90% of our customers now find us through the website with 75% returning for repeat repair work.

“The quality of customer has also drastically improved as drivers who come through the site are more informed and confident in the quality of work that we can provide. The positive reviews drivers leave on our garage Profile Page on WhoCanFixMyCar.com are amazing.”

“What a superb job! From start to finish, Sohail gave me the service and communication you would expect from the most prestigious dealerships.

“I absolutely cannot fault the service, including the collection and delivery of my car, quality of work done and end product.”
