TRW-Diamonds goes live

February will see TRW-Diamonds – the new web-based product loyalty programme for garages - go live across Europe. Previewed at last year’s Automechanika, TRW-Diamonds is already creating a huge industry buzz.

‘The ‘Diamonds’ name reflects the premium product and its leading position’.

Managed by Luftansa’s Miles & More programme operator, the intention is to open the TRW-Diamonds programme up to other premium aftermarket brands, allowing installers to accrue diamonds more quickly.

A concept currently unique in the aftermarket, interest is growing at pace and TRW is already in talks with a number of premium parts manufacturers who are keen to join the scheme.   

Diamonds mean prizes
Garage mechanics collect points or ‘diamonds’ on selected TRW product purchased. ‘Diamonds’ are redeemed for personal gifts or business related bonuses, including training packages from the dedicated on-line site.  

“The objective is to raise brand profile at installer level, a massively important job given the increased competition afforded by the changes to Block Exemption regulations,” explained TRW’s Soeren Kristensen.
