Available Now – 2010 TRW Shock Absorber Catalogue
TRW’s brand new shock absorber catalogue for cars and light commercial vehicles, reference: XDB872B, contains 1066 references – 116 new references - and covers a massive 39,500 applications, providing optimum coverage across the European car parc.
The easy to navigate catalogue is divided into clear sections.
Safety First
The catalogue also features important information about the perils of driving a vehicle with one or more defective shock absorbers, the consequences if you do and some simple tests to check the condition of the parts and diagnose faulty shock absorbers.
OE Technology - Sold in Pairs
The programme provides the finest in OE shock absorber gas and hydraulic technology. As TRW recommends shock absorbers are changed on the axle, the company ONLY sells its product in pairs.
The introduction of the new catalogue follows TRW’s call to the EU last month to reclassify the part as truly safety critical. TRW wants shock absorbers to be included in annual vehicle services and annual PTI’s of ALL countries across Europe. This plea comes after studies showed that a massive one in four vehicles in the European car parc might contain defective parts - wasting fuel and putting lives at risk on our roads.
